Panorama
Panorama is an electronic health record system that allows authorized public health providers to document any public health services you may receive in British Columbia. Panorama supports communicable disease and outbreak management, immunizations, and family health. Heskw’en’scutxe Health Services Society (HHSS) has completed the necessary process and is now actively using Panorama. The use of Panorama has significantly improved health outcomes and allows the nurse to focus more on client care.
Meditech
Meditech is an electronic health record system used by Interior Health (IH). Meditech brings a patient’s medical information into one unified health record and gives clinicians the full picture of a patient’s health and medical history. Whether you are a hospital inpatient, have an X-ray, undergo surgery, or present to the Emergency Department, all your information is added to a secure, accurate electronic file that allows your care team to have immediate access to important information about your health history. Heskw’en’scutxe Health Services Society clients can authorize IH to release their health records held in Meditech to the Home and Community Care Nurse/Community Health Nurse. Speak to any HHSS staff member for further details.

MyHealthPortal
MyHealthPortal is an Interior Health (IH) online tool that provides patients secure 24-hour access to their personal health information from a home computer or smartphone. Access lab reports, medical imaging (x-rays, CTs, or ultrasound) reports, and visit history. Patients can update their address, phone number, and contact information. They can also view certain appointment details and instructions as well as certain transcribed reports from physicians, nurse practitioners, and midwives.
